How do teenagers make food choices when they have only seconds to decide?
Comparing front-of-pack labelling systems to improve teenagers’ healthier food choices.
This study examined how different Front-of-Pack Labelling (FOPL) systems influence healthier food choices among adolescents in Mumbai. The research studied 120 adolescents aged 13–18 and compared four labelling formats to see which one helps them pick the healthier option.
