This is my research and understanding as to whether God really exists.

Does God Really Exist?
August 2023
Well, does god exist? Is he real?
God can be a perception where god means different things for everyone. There are various views of god according to the conceptions people may have. There are two types of beliefs: theism and atheism.

Theists believe that god does exist, and atheists don't
According to the Western philosophical tradition in theism-The claims we have about god are:
-
God created everything
-
God is powerful
-
God is perfect good
-
God knows everything
-
God deserves complete obedience and our unqualified love.
We can say god exists as the Cosmological Argument: This argument posits that the existence of the universe requires a cause or explanation. It suggests that there must be a "first cause" or "uncaused cause" that initiated the chain of causality, and this is often identified as God. Some philosophers argue that the existence of moral values and obligations implies the existence of a moral lawgiver or source of moral authority. The existence of objective moral truths is seen as evidence for the existence of God. Philosophers like Anselm and Descartes posit that the very concept of God, as a perfect being, implies existence. In other words, if we can conceive of a perfect being, then such a being must exist, as existence is a perfection.

Let's define a super-heavy stone. It's so heavy that God is unable to lift it. Now here's a question for theists: “is god able to produce a super-heavy stone”? Theists believe that god is powerful and has unlimited power, hence he can do anything and everything. But can he?

If god really existed, why would he take away our loved ones? Why would he take our happiness and fill our lives with sadness? Why would he make people suffer and be poor when they can be rich? Why would he create natural disasters since he's powerful and he can stop all this, right? Then why is he letting innocent people suffer? Why is he creating problems and distance between connections? If he is the most powerful and greatest, why is he taking our people away??

Although how are we so sure that god has created everything? And if god didn't create the universe, who did, and how did it all start? Just like we say, did the egg or the chicken come first? Atheists and theists may have different views on this, but it's extremely difficult to trace a causal chain backwards. According to physicists today, the Big Bang was the reason it all started, but some say it must be god others say god had no involvement in the start of the universe.
Another idea could be that each event in the universe is explained by its cause. The criticisms of the design argument tell us that perhaps we can say our world was designed by a sequence of gods who gradually learned by trial and error to make better worlds.
Even if the universe does have a creator, why assume that the creator still exists, is powerful, knows everything and is perfectly good? I think god hasn’t created the universe according to the first argument. However, how does this mean that he still exists?? is powerful, knows everything and is perfectly good? We know that every why question has an answer, despite some questions left unanswered; thus, every fact has an explanation.
Anselm’s definition of god is the greatest possible being, that means most perfect. According to Anselm’s definition, nothing greater exists, and according to this definition we can infer he is powerful if he exists at all. On the other hand it doesn't imply that god created the world.
So what do you think? Does God really exist?
